Change your login and personal details

If you need to change the password or the email address you use to log in to your TaxDome portal, follow these steps:

1. Click your profile at the top right, then go to Account settings. Next, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Login details section and enter your current password.

2. Make changes to your password, email address or session duration, then click Save. By default, you stay signed in for 8 hours after entering your credentials, but you can decrease the session duration to 4 hours or 30 minutes.

3. If you’ve changed your email address, enter the verification code sent to your new email address, then click Submit.

Tap your name at the top, then Edit profile. Tap the email or password field, enter your current password, then tap Save.

To change your phone number or other personal information, follow these steps:

1. Click your profile at the top right, then go to Account settings. Next, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Personal details section.

2. Make your changes, then click Save.

Tap your name at the top, then Edit profile. In the Personal details section, tap the field you want to update, then tap Save.

To change your profile photo, tap your name at the top, then tap the photo itself. Upload a new photo from your device and crop it to keep only the area you want. Your new avatar displays as soon as it’s uploaded.
